Delivery Policy

All items purchased are dispatched within 30hours of purchase Monday to Friday. Smaller items are sent through Royal Mail and heavier items are sent by parcel courier. Average deliveries unless specified in the item description take 2-5 working days to arrive from cleared payment.

Returns Policy

You may cancel your purchase up to seven working days after receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition and unused and returned to us within 5 working days. The buyer is responsible for any return costs unless faulty. We will reject any returns that have not been authorised by ourselves first and the buyer will be responsible for returning back.

The cancellation rights do not apply to certain items including software, audio or video recordings that have been unsealed, perishable goods such as food or flowers, or items that have been made to order.

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, then please contact us and we will either refund or replace the goods. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt if item is faulty or damaged or has parts missing. It is vital that all packaging is retained in the event of a damaged item being received.
